GOYOGI's yoga bolsters are made of 100% organic cotton and filled with fine buckwheat hulls that provide a good and flexible bolster.

A yoga bolster (yoga pillow) can be used in many contexts and yoga poses. It is designed to mold to the body and give you extra support in your practice. You can, for example, use it in a supported child's pose (Balasana), resting butterfly (Supta baddha konasana) or seated forward bend (Paschimottanasana).

A yoga bolster is an almost indispensable tool in any yoga practice and is perfect for restorative yoga and gentle yin yoga.

Specifications:
Outer cover of 100% organic cotton and can be washed at 30 degrees with similar colours.
Filling: Buckwheat husks. The shells/filling can be taken out and added again as desired.
