GOYOGI's round meditation cushion, filled with buckwheat hulls, is made to support your yoga and meditation practice. With a height of 14 cm, it gives you very good support for sitting meditations, regardless of whether you are sitting in Sukhasana (Easy Pose) or Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose).

The height of the round meditation cushion lifts the hips, so there is less compression in the knee joints (Vajrasana), and this makes it a very beginner-friendly meditation cushion.

The pillow can also be used for support during other positions in e.g. Restorative Yoga, where the softness and height are ideal.
