Order and payment

All prices shown on goyogi.dk are incl. Danish VAT. GOYOGI reserves the right for misprints, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as out-of-stock items and delivery failures from our suppliers.

Order

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us by email: support@goyogi.dk. You will also receive a new email on the same day that your order is dispatched.

Payment

We offer several payment methods such as payment cards and Mobilepay.

We accept the following card types:

  • Visa/Dankort
  • We saw
  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard
  • MasterCard Debit

Payment with 3D secure

To increase security when shopping at goyogi.dk, 3D secure from Visa, Mastercard and NETS is used.

You experience 3D secure when you have entered your card details. There you will be asked to confirm the purchase with your NEMID or with an SMS code.

In this way, Visa, Mastercard or NETS can confirm that it is your own card that you are using. The security solution is built on the basis of requirements from the EU and the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.

If you do not want to pay with 3D secure, you can pay via MobilePay.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.

Online payment

When ordering online, the amount is deducted from your payment account only when the goods have been dispatched.

delivery time 

Team GOYOGI packs and sends your order, so you have your package within 1-3 working days.

Outside Denmark, other delivery times apply.

There may be longer dispatch and delivery times during public holidays.

Failure to collect parcels

If you do not pick up your package within the stated latest collection date, and the package is sent back to GOYOGI, an administration fee of DKK 150 will be deducted when processing the return package.

Refund of the purchase price

When returning an item, the purchase price will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.

Gift card

Gift cards are valid for 3 years and can be used online at goyogi.dk and in our physical store.

Gift cards used as payment for goods can only return goods with credit on the same gift card. Therefore, please save your gift card code so that it can be reused after any crediting.

Complaint

Naturally, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the product as a result of mishandling by the consumer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints should be sent to support@goyogi.dk Remember to state your order number.
