Pure Nordic yoga card contains 38 cards. They can be used in daycare, daycare, at school and at home on the living room floor. You can use a single card or make shorter/longer courses with several yoga cards. The cards can be used as an educational tool to create a calmer and more balanced everyday life.

The cards are color divided into 6 categories that indicate which effect the card has:

The green cards give calm, the red cards give energy, the yellow cards promote focus and concentration, the blue cards are breathing cards, the turquoise cards are cooperative games and the purple card is relaxation.

By using the cards, both children and adults gain an understanding of the effect yoga has on the body. And through playing with the cards, the children's ability to self-regulate up and down in energy level is developed.

All cards have one qr code so you can see how the yoga position is done.

The cards are illustrated with fine drawings in bright Nordic colours. They are easy to read, free of disturbing elements, so that all children can enjoy them.

The cards are produced in Denmark in a very durable quality that is water-resistant and can be wiped off after use, so that they can be used again and again - also outside. They come in a practical unbleached cotton gym bag, so they can be easily taken anywhere.
