Team GOYOGI packs and sends your order to you. If it is to an address in Denmark, you will have your package within 1-3 working days.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us. In the email you will find a tracking link that you can use to track your shipment. You are also always welcome to contact us if you need help locating your order.

Shipping rates and delivery method

If you buy for more than DKK +600, we deliver free of charge to a Postnord parcel shop near you. Purchases of or under DKK 600. Shipping costs DKK 39. You can also have the package sent with Postnord to your private or business address for DKK 69.

Return

How to exchange or return your goods

You can always exchange or return your goods within the exchange period, which is 14 days. It simply requires that all packaging is intact and that the equipment has not been unpacked and tested. You must of course be able to try on clothes. Here you just have to make sure that all tags stay on the clothes.

Did you know that all online purchases can also be returned or exchanged in our physical GOYOGI store. Just remember to bring your order number or the email on which the purchase was made.

You simply send us an email at: support@goyogi.dk with your 5-digit order number and what you want returned. You will then receive a free return label per email that you print and put on your return package. The parcel is delivered to a Postnord parcel shop.
