Return of the item and return costs
Of course, it's perfectly okay to regret or change your mind. And with GOYOGI, you have a 90-day right of cancellation, starting from the day you receive your package.
The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 90 days.
Read the following carefully before opening the packaging and using your products.
1) Yoga mats, towels and equipment cannot be returned if the wrapping/packaging has been broken, opened or damaged.
2) Goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were delivered.
3) Price tags and other packaging must be intact.
How to return:
Put your item(s) back in the box or bag in which you received them, with unbroken packaging and intact price tags.
In the return package, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, invoice, or other documentation for your purchase, which includes your order number.
Close the box / bag and put the return label sent by mail on the package.
ATTENTION! It costs DKK 39 to use the return label sent by email.
The amount will be offset against your credit note. The return label is valid for 90 days from receipt of your package.
Hand over the parcel / bag at your local PostNord parcel shop. As soon as we receive your return package, we will return your payment minus DKK 39 for the return label.
Refund of the money in case of cancellation
When you regret the purchase, we will refund the price of your goods.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned.
We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to have the money refunded by credit card. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years and can be used online at goyogi.dk and in our physical store.
Gift cards used as payment for goods can only return goods with credit on the same gift card. Therefore, please save your gift card code so that it can be reused after any crediting.
Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, its characteristics and the way in which it functions.
You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us to deduct the decrease in value in the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
The item must be returned in the original packaging. You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product
As a private consumer, you have 24 months' right to complain, purchases with a CVR number have 12 months' right to complain. This means that if the item has a defect and you complain in time, you have the right to have the item repaired or exchanged in the first instance. If this cannot happen, or if it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can, depending on the circumstances, get the money back or a reduction in the price.
A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material fault, or incorrect information about the product. On the other hand, normal wear and tear or damage you have caused to the product yourself is not a defect. If you discover a deficiency, you must notify us "within a reasonable time". Complaints should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to state your order number. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, especially if there is transport damage.
If you complain within 2 months of the defect being discovered, it is always within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
If you believe that the product has a defect, we ask you to state in as much detail as possible what the problem is.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. Save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
