It's not just about performance. It's not just about how fast you run. How many km. you can run. How many times a week you are active. It's not about how active you are either.
It's about getting off. Or just be in motion. Exercise when you feel like it. Have fun. Take a training partner with you on the trip who has the same level of ambition as you.
It's okay to skip training. When your day is unmanageable, time is short or motivation is at an all-time low.
Exercise should never be something you do because you have to. It must be because you want to get out and move.
Recognize your initiative when you decide to be active – and in motion. If you want to train harder or more often, focus on the small changes. It is the process and not the goal that you should focus on.
And remember to have fun. When you go for a walk, run or bike ride, it should be fun, give you energy and make you happy.
And if the joy only comes after you have been active, then surely the trip has also been worth it, right?
But remember. If you don't train today, there's always tomorrow.
Exercise doesn't have to be boring or obligatory, something you have to do. It is also exercise when you go for a walk with the dog, walk 1.5 km. to shop at your nearest supermarket or spend 30 minutes swinging the vacuum cleaner.
20 minutes of movement a day is enough to boost your energy levels and mood. And everything beats the couch and the bed
With zebdia we want: to inspire you to think and act on the fact that a little is good. And that all movement counts.
