GOYOGI offers several different types of body rollers, e.g. yoga foam roller. The goal with them is the same, however, to achieve increased blood circulation, to reduce soreness in the muscles, massage the connective tissue and provide soothing relaxation. A body roller can be used both after training and as a warm-up before training, to increase the elasticity of the muscles, so that they become more flexible and can perform better while you train.
The harder a body roller is, the deeper and harder massage it gives.
