Take part in 2.5 hours of yoga and enjoy a flow of different yoga styles.

GOYOGI is looking forward to participating on this day and has a nice stand filled with delicious yoga clothes and equipment in a large exhibition area with stalls with, among other things, health products and delicious vegetarian food.

You will meet the 3 experienced yoga teachers Rikke, Jette and Mette for yoga lessons in an informal atmosphere.

Where yoga can be a place where you find yourself, regardless of what prerequisites you come with.

The doors open at 17.00 to the exhibitor area.

Yoga from 18.00-21.00 including 30 min. lunch break from 19.30-20.00
