Here you can lower your shoulders, throw away your shoes and take a break from everyday life with your very own combination of yoga, therapy and body treatment. Our mission is accomplished when you leave here with a BLESSED body and a healthy mind.
Our skilled instructors guide you down the pace with Restorative, Yin Yoga, De-stress, Slow Flow and Hatha. If you want to work more deeply into body and mind, you can combine yoga with therapy and body treatment by our competent therapists. The collaboration between teachers and therapists gives you a holistic and natural perspective on health.
Come to yoga at drop-in classes all day, to lectures on health, stress and self-development or workshops with time for you and for reflection. We release physical and mental tension in individual body treatment and talk therapy or in courses together with a group that has the same needs as you.
