Maria Juhl from the Nordic Academy of Ayurveda.
Maria Juhl is certified in holistic health, yoga and Ayurveda with Deepak Chopra at the Chopra Center University in California. She has had her own company, Nordic Academy of Ayurveda, since 2006, where she coaches and teaches companies and individuals in healthy lifestyles.
In 2017, she published the book about Ayurvedic lifestyle in the Nordics, LEV MERE KÄMP MNERE.
